I do not give or sell your information to anyone not directly involved in the creation and/or production of your presentation. Only under a strict NDA, certain parts of your presentation may be subcontracted:
If your deadline is tight, I may hire outside sources to help build out your presentation. If this is the case, I require they sign a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement binding them to the same privacy level detailed in your agreement with KO/AD.
Other than subcontractors, I do not share ANY of your information with any person, company or organization.
For my own marketing purposes, I have some pages tagged so I can track the success of certain parts of my site. None of this information is sold to anyone! And the information you submit via forms on my site is only seen by me and/or my subcontractors.
